The Atelier Bicéphale duo are presenting a site-specific installation at La Serre, the result of a residency in the Saint-Etienne area. The artists are showing their research, inspired by phytorepair plants, which are capable of cleaning up soil and restoring damaged ecosystems. As direct witnesses of nature’s capacity for regeneration, they offer a forward-looking vision, highlighting the interdependence of living beings and their environment. The exhibition invites visitors to reflect on our relationship with the land, mineral extraction and pollution, and how we can think about the future in a world of finite resources.

Public opening of the City of Saint-Étienne’s studios

To coincide with the opening of the Salle des Cimaises and La Serre exhibitions on 22 May, the City of Saint-Étienne’s studios will be open to the public from 6pm to 10pm.
