The different layers in the food system interconnect and every change can affect the entire system. Today, proposals intended to improve our practices abound. Based on these initiatives, how is the human body evolving? This installation invites you to take part in an amusing experimentation and in discussions on the evolution of our bodies, from real life scale to the invisible but very present microbiological scale.
