Trame, work in progress

This exhibition reveals a form of work where the hand is questioning past time and repeated gestures. The prototypes and samples of ongoing work are out to find the point where they encounter reproducibility. The hand repeats gestures until exhaustion sets in as if to measure itself against the industrial process.
Knotting, weaving, braiding, assembling are the actions used to materialise this experimental textile research project.
