AUP - Architecture d'utilité publique

Association I’AItelier

Turning the job of the architect into a locally anchored profession.

The place of the architect in society needs to be re-examined. The A.U.P. (architecte d'utilité Publique) workshop is trying to turn the job into a locally anchored profession, by raising awareness.

The status of the architect and his place in society needs to be re-examined. To do this, the L'Altelier association proposes the A.U.P. (architecte d'utilité Publique) project. This new place seeks to turn the job of architect into a locally anchored profession, with a variety of actions: professional guests, a permanent presence, workshops, round tables, etc. The range of subjects dealt with is also very wide (self-building, the multiple layers of stakeholders, etc.) and will be adapted to take account of visitors' proposals.
