Au noir à la chaine et Pénélope

Mâcher le, à la chaîne, arrêt de. (Chew it, non-stop, stop...) Supervised by Matilde Brugni (Simultania) and Charlotte Lafay-Abid (Le Parc Révollier special school), twelve young people defied established codes and representations. Of Penelope, Sisyphus or Titans. They invaded the training workshops, invoking new, mysterious and poetic powers. Blue, in grey or in black. They lent their bodies to some precise movements. As ants, in teams, masked. Now they are showing the fruit of their photographic work in the fine exhibition halls of the IRMACC, the institute of arts and crafts trades.

The project is backed by the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and the DRAC Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (regional office of cultural affairs) as part of the Eurêka Club Culture scheme.
