At once connected bank, a space for innovation and collaborative working, this concept has been designed as an open 100% human and 100% digital place. This branch was designed as a result of a creative and collaborative reflection with ergonomists and designers, a process of experimentation and the requirements of working in a LUPI® (Laboratory of Innovative Uses and Practices). The starting point is usage: with changing customers' needs... which implies the need for a physical, technological and relational transformation of the traditional bank branch.
