Linking in with the theme of the Biennale de Design de St Étienne 2017, the idea here was to think about urban furniture that would create a space for encounters and exchanges. Taking on board the idea of the dynamic nature of everyday life, the project's different versions offer users the chance to be on their own, or come together with others for a conversation or simply to take a break. The modular nature of the bench makes it adaptable to the type of place where it is installed.
