For the Saint-Etienne International Design Biennial, the Greenhouse association sets up a production line on its premises. This project, consisting of inviting designers and artists, is more than a simple exhibition. It combines creation, conception, manufacture and distribution, in a laboratory which encourages us to consider current issues concerning object production. It also refers to local heritage, and the special rapport between the town and the manufacturing industry.
